The Florida Chapter of the IAAO serves as an educational and networking resource for public property appraisers and their staff throughout the state of Florida. The FCIAAO offers education and professional development opportunities in ad valorem appraisal, administration and tax policy. The chapter holds an annual conference with 4 educational tracks focusing on Administration, Real Property, Exemption and IT/GIS topics along with our general sessions. The chapter also sponsors a yearly Tangible Personal Property seminar in December/January. We also host educational seminars and webinars throughout the year.  These opportunities provide continuing education credits that can be used towards the maintenance of designations or licenses, issued by the IAAO or Florida DOR.

As a member, you will receive discounts on conference and educational offerings throughout the year. Additional benefits include access to both prior conference presentation materials and the member directory search.  You'll also receive our award-winning newsletters, emailed directly to you. Members that receive their IAAO designation are also eligible for the Tony Hodge Award.
