The Florida Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers serves as an educational and networking resource for public property appraisers and their staff throughout the state of Florida. The Chapter holds one annual conference a year, in April with 4 educational tracks focusing on Administration, Real Property, Exemption and IT/GIS issues along with our general sessions. The chapter also sponsors a yearly Tangible Personal Property seminar in December/January. We also host educational seminars and webinars throughout the year.
